              Adam Irving Heintzman Player Restoration
Hi Adam, here is a little picture progress report Oct 22/2021
As you know we were able to start your restoration which begins with the main bellows or pumps which are located in the bottom of the piano.
These pictures are as much for me as they are for you. It is always great to be able to refer back to the original location etc when working on these instruments. Ron

.The Player system pumps are the first item I like to start with because of the amount of time it takes for the gluing to set up. You cannot rush any part.

This completes the lower section of the restoration which included the Main Pumps, Stack shut-off, Tempo Regulator, Soft bass and soft treble peddles, Sustaining pneumatic. etc.
Next is the picture progress of the upper section of the player system often called "The stack"
