Pictures below show how to prepare stack board when replacing old rotted lead tubing which has an outside diameter of more the 5/32".
1Remove old lead tubing.
2.replace with hardwood dowell and glue in place.
3. Drill new hole to fit brass tube.
4. Glue in new brass tubing test etc.

The Player piano stack is now completed and ready for finaliing and regulation.
​Next item is the main pumps and various other items such as tracking system, Air Motor and regulator etc.
